9. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

Additional shipping or return costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where the shipping service has already been provided.

Please retain the original packaging and damaged products until the claim has been reviewed.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbours, reception area, or local carrier before contacting us.
